Yearly Check-ups

Unfortunately, we spend so much money on our health after a problem arises but we don’t think to spend a fraction of the cost to prevent injury. Forward Motion Physical Therapy believes it is vital to be evaluated by a competent physical therapist yearly not only to treat any impairment you may have but to also decrease the chances of developing musculoskeletal dysfunctions. It is common practice to have yearly check-ups by your primary care physician, pediatrician, optometrist, dentist, and so forth, but very few medical providers examine the body as a whole to screen for weakness, muscle imbalances, joint stiffness, neural tension, and movement dysfunctions to name a few.
