Forward Motion Physical Therapy Gives Generously to the Red Cross

December 2011, Clifton, NJ – In an effort to give back to the communities so horribly impacted by the flooding of Hurricane Irene and the power outages of the October snowstorm, Daniel Prata and Hanna Vasquez of Forward Motion Physical Therapy chose to donate to the Red Cross of Northern New Jersey.
Located in Fairfield, NJ, this chapter of the American Red Cross and its team of volunteers are extremely active in the area. Not only do they find shelter for displaced residents, but they also provide meals to people rebuilding their homes and assist them financially as well.
At a recent business-networking event hosted by LeTip of Clifton and the American Red Cross of Northern NJ, Hanna and Daniel had the opportunity to make the donation in person. Speaking at the gathering, Ray Shepherd, CEO of the Chapter said “it is the mission of the Red Cross to be there for the community when disaster strikes. Our organization would not be able to take care of the victims of these natural disasters without our volunteers and the donations from individuals and corporations present here tonight.”
